Marriott International Beijing And Tianjin Hotels Hold Media Appreciation Party

Beijing, China (October 12, 2011) /ChinaNewswire.com/ — Marriott International Beijing and Tianjin Media Appreciation party was held on September 20th, 2011 at the R Lounge of the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel. The party was held to thank all media collaborating with Beijing and Tianjin Marriott International hotels.

Approximately 120 people from 80 media from newspapers, magazines and social media gathered together for a special 70s theme night. The entire R Lounge was decorated as 70s style with old posters and furniture. The Beijing Beatles appeared as the special guest band and heated up the dance floor with a lot of classic 70s songs. Guests were dressed in their finest Chinese and Western 70s costumes, from blue and white striped t-shirts to colorful wigs, and posed for photos in front of the 70s backdrop.

The lucky draw section was the most memorable time for media friends, with many guests leaving with Marriott Food and Beverage vouchers for buffets, brunches and dinners, as well as room accommodations nights. The grand prize was a two-night stay for two people at the recently opened Renaissance Sanya Resort and Spa on Hainan Island.

General Managers and Directors of Marketing from Beijing and Tianjin Hotels also attended the party to thank the media for their help and support during 2011.
