Shenzhen-based Huntkey Enterprise Group has announced the launch of a 90watt Energy Star universal notebook adapter that the company says can reach the Energy Star-V standard.
With a design efficiency of up to 87% Huntkey claims that this is the most efficient adapter in its class. For worldwide use, the adapter supports input in the range of 100Vac to 240Vac at 50-60 Hz, with an output voltage of 19Vdc at 0.47amps maximum load.
In order to ensure the Huntkey 90W Energy Star Universal notebook adapter's compatibility, Huntkey includes ten different tips for different brands of laptop including HP, DELL, Lenovo, Asus, Thinkpad, Acer, Compaq, TOSHIBA, Sony, SAMSUNG, Gateway, Panasonic, Sharp, and Fujitsu.
