The Chinese automobile manufacturer Geely has chosen the French market communications company Open2Europe to develop its brand in Algeria, which it regards as a strategic market in North Africa.
The campaign will start with the launch of the new Geely Panda, the first commercialized model by Geely, which sports the new brand logo, Gleagle.
Geely said that it chose Open2Europe based on their previous success with Chinese companies and their expertise in increasing visibility in the European, American, and Arabian media.
According to Xiaoting Sun, Geely's manager for North Africa, Open2Europe has an excellent reputation in Europe with contacts in all media significant to Geely's image.
Open2Europe concentrates its activities in four domains of expertise: consumer goods & services, sustainable development, new technology and corporate communication. It serves more than 120 companies — many of which are in Asia.
